Consultation

An event coordinator will contact you to refine the package, propose flavors, discuss logistics, and confirm pricing.

Quote & Contract

We’ll send a detailed proposal that includes travel fees (if applicable), staffing, menu options, and any permit guidance. A signed contract and deposit reserve your date.

Menu Finalization

Choose flavors and add-ons such as snow cone machines, gourmet popcorn, or branded trucks. For custom flavors or tastings, schedule these at least 2–6 weeks before your event.

Final Confirmation

One week before your event, we confirm arrival time, parking logistics, and any changes.

Event Day

Our staff arrive ready to serve, manage lines, and clean up post-event. We follow up afterward for feedback and testimonials.

Payment, Deposits & Cancellations
